With the objective of achieving the satisfaction of our clients and all participating parties, we are aware that it is indispensable for our service as Freight Forwarders to be individualized, so we take care of every aspect of our interactions, since this is the best way of adding value to it.
Given that teamwork is the foundation of our success as a company, at IGT Cargo we make a conscious effort of maintaining our staff’s value through elevating our proficiency and aptitude, while maintaining our work inside the legal framework of current norms. We are convinced that our business is not only integrated by those who work in it, but also by our clients, third-party participants, and our community. They all trace the path which we follow.
Because of these statements, at IGT Cargo we have decided to manage all business activities within the frame of a Quality Management System in accordance with Standard ISO 9001:2015. Our aim is to focus on improving business processes and management of potential risks, to compromise and guide participants to contribute to our system’s efficiency, and to build on our clients’ satisfaction though bettering our system’s quality, making sure that the requirements of our clients are being met and that current norms are being complied with.
